You have the designs. You need a factory that can turn them into sellable inventory without a 500-piece minimum, a six-month wait, or a quality surprise when the carton opens.
Maroth Jewels is a jewelry manufacturing partner based in Jaipur, India, working with US brands, designers, and retailers. We are not a US-based factory, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is direct factory pricing, in-house CAD through casting through finishing, and the export and compliance work already handled before your shipment leaves.
We manufacture in 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, and solid gold from 9K to 22K, set with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and colored gemstones.
[Request a quote] send a sketch, a reference image, or a tech pack. We respond within one business day.
Emerging DTC brands launching a first collection who need low minimums and a partner who will answer questions about metal specs and plating thickness.
Established retailers and e-commerce sellers moving from wholesale buying to their own private label line.
Independent designers who can draw the piece but need CAD, casting, stone setting, and finishing handled.
Existing brands switching suppliers because lead times slipped, quality drifted, or minimums went up.
If you sell fine or demi-fine jewelry in the US and you have your own designs or want help developing them, you're the buyer this page is written for.

1. Share your design. A sketch on paper, a photo, a CAD file, or a written brief all work. Tell us the metal, approximate stone sizes, and your target landed cost per piece. Your designs stay yours we sign an NDA before any file changes hands and we do not manufacture your designs for anyone else.
2. CAD and 3D rendering. Our design team produces a 3D CAD file and photorealistic render, typically within 2 to 4 business days. You review dimensions, weight, stone count, and finish. We revise until it's right.
3. Quoted costing. You receive a line-item quote: metal weight, stone cost, labor, and finishing, priced per piece at your intended order quantity. No hidden charges added later.
4. Sample. We produce a physical sample and ship it for approval. Sampling takes roughly 10 to 15 days. Most brands approve on the first or second sample.
5. Bulk production. On approval, production runs 15 to 25 days depending on quantity and complexity. Each piece goes through in-house QC before packing: metal weight, stone security, plating thickness, clasp function, and finish consistency.
Nothing is outsourced to a third-party workshop in the middle of this. Casting, setting, polishing, and plating all happen under one roof, which is why we can commit to these timelines and correct a problem quickly when one appears.
Minimum order quantity: 20 pieces per design for silver and vermeil, 10 pieces per design for solid gold. Mixed-design orders are welcome the minimum applies per design, not per order.
Sampling: 10 to 15 days. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
Bulk production: 15 to 25 days after sample approval.
Shipping to the US: 4 to 7 days by express courier, DDP.
Pricing: quoted per piece against live metal and stone rates. Gold and silver move daily, so quotes are held for 7 days. Labor and setting charges are fixed and disclosed as separate line items, so you can see exactly what you're paying for beyond material.
We do not publish a price list, because a 16-inch 14K pendant with a 0.10ct lab diamond and the same design in vermeil with CZ are different products at different costs. Send the spec and you'll have a real number the same week.
Private label means the finished product carries your brand, not ours. We support:
Your logo stamped or laser-engraved on the clasp, tag, or pendant back
Custom hallmarking alongside required metal stamps
Branded boxes, pouches, cards, and polishing cloths
Barcoded and SKU-labeled packaging, ready for your 3PL
Blind shipping, so the carton carries no reference to us
For OEM work, you supply the specification and we build to it. For ODM, we develop designs based on your brief and market positioning, and you own what we create together.
This is where most overseas manufacturers leave their clients exposed. If you sell jewelry in the US, the descriptions on your product pages are regulated, and the liability sits with you as the seller, not with your factory.
FTC Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23). These rules govern how you may describe what you sell. "Sterling silver" requires at least 92.5% pure silver. Gold karatage must be stated accurately and marked. "Gold vermeil" has a specific legal definition under the revised Guides: a sterling silver base with gold plating of at least 2.5 microns and a minimum fineness of 10 karat. Plating that falls short cannot legally be called vermeil in the US. We manufacture to these thresholds by default and state the actual plating thickness on your production documentation, so your marketing copy is defensible.
Lead and cadmium. California's Proposition 65 requires warnings for jewelry containing listed substances above threshold levels, and the CPSIA sets strict lead limits on children's products. Our alloys and plating solutions are specified to avoid both. Third-party lab testing (SGS or equivalent) is available on request for brands that need documentation on file.
Nickel. There is no federal US nickel limit, but nickel allergy is common and most US brands now specify nickel-free. We use nickel-free white alloys and rhodium plating as standard unless you ask otherwise.
Diamond sourcing. Rough diamonds are sourced under the Kimberley Process, and every invoice carries a conflict-free warranty statement. Lab-grown stones are disclosed as lab-grown on all documentation, which the FTC Guides require you to do at the point of sale.
Customs and duties. Jewelry imports fall under HTS Chapter 71 7113.11 for silver, 7113.19 for other precious metals. We provide correctly classified commercial invoices and certificates of origin. US duty rates and trade measures have shifted meaningfully over the past two years, so confirm your current landed rate with your customs broker before you finalize retail pricing. We can ship DDP and quote you a delivered cost with duties included if you'd rather not manage it.
Direct factory, not a trading house. You're talking to the people who cast and set the piece. No margin stacked in between, and no game of telephone when something needs fixing.
Low minimums that let you test. Twenty pieces means you can put four designs into market for the cost of one bulk commitment elsewhere, see what sells, and reorder the winner.
One point of contact. You get a named account manager, not a shared inbox. Questions about a running order get answered the same day.
Transparent line-item costing. Metal, stones, labor, and finishing are quoted separately. When gold moves, you can see precisely what changed.
Your designs stay protected. NDA before files are exchanged, and exclusivity on anything we build for you.
Twenty pieces per design in sterling silver and gold vermeil, ten pieces per design in solid gold. The minimum is per design, so you can order several designs in one production run.
Roughly four to six weeks from approved design to delivered goods: 2 to 4 days for CAD, 10 to 15 days for sampling, 15 to 25 days for bulk production, and 4 to 7 days for express shipping to the US.
Yes. A hand sketch, reference photo, tech pack, or CAD file all work. We sign an NDA first, and anything we manufacture from your design is made exclusively for you.
Yes. Your logo can be engraved or stamped on the piece, and we supply branded packaging, SKU labeling, and blind shipping so nothing identifies us to your customer.
Sterling silver (925), gold vermeil, and solid gold in 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K, and 22K, in yellow, white, and rose. Stones include natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and colored gemstones including sapphire, ruby, emerald, and opal.
We ship DDP by express courier, typically 4 to 7 days door to door, with correctly classified commercial invoices and certificates of origin. Duties can be prepaid and included in your quoted cost.
Yes. A significant share of our clients are launching their first line. We can develop designs from a brief if you don't have finished artwork.
Per piece, against live metal and stone rates on the day of quoting, with labor and finishing shown as separate line items. Quotes are held for seven days because precious metal prices move daily.
Send us a design or tell us what you want to build. You'll get a CAD render and a costed quote before you commit to anything.
