I am a shop, re-seller, jewelry designer, Can you help to Develop Custom Jewelry?

Maroth Jewels offers brilliantly designed jewelry with a view to offer to a customer and at a wholesale price according to the customers idea. This has been achieved by our team and in-house jewelry making facilities. With Maroth Jewels, our customers can also save time and price compared to the prices in the market.

Ordering

How long will my jewelry take to ship?

We are a jewelery manufacturer and since all our jewelry is manufactured in-house, most items will ship within 7 working days of the date of their order. Custom orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship, and may also be delayed, we will notify you immediately.

What will happen after I placed an order?

We will ship our existing designs in 7 working days and for your custom order we need 7 to 15 days.

If you place an order on our listed website designs, you will receive an email asking for confirmation of the order. We will update your tracking number on your order and if we require an image of your design before sending it to you . You need to update us so that we can organize the design images before we ship them.

Can I return the items if I don’t like them?

Yes, we provide 30 days returns. Let us know if you have any issues with your order as we will send your feedback to our team. We can also accept returns and replacements as per customer’s choice.
If you have placed a custom order we will not accept returns as we will always share your photos before sending them to you.

Which Payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you have any issues with payment processing, contact us.
