We are a factory, not a trading company. Design, wax modeling, casting, stone setting, finishing, and quality control happen in our own workshop under our own supervision. That matters to your margin more than anything else on this page: when you buy through an agent or an export house, you're paying two markups before the piece ever reaches your stockroom.
Most of the brands we work with send us a sketch, a photo, or a CAD file and ask us to produce it in their metal, their finish, and their hallmark. Others order in bulk from designs we already make. Either way, you see a physical sample before you commit to a production run.

Jaipur has been a working jewelry city for three centuries. The concentration of trained setters, casters, and polishers here is something you cannot replicate quickly anywhere else, which is why a large share of the stone-set jewelry sold in the United States passes through this city at some stage.
For a U.S. brand, the practical effect is this. Labor that would price a stone-set bangle out of your range domestically is affordable here without cutting corners on the setting itself. Minimums that would be five hundred pieces at a large overseas factory can be twenty here. And design changes that would take a month of back-and-forth happen over a few WhatsApp messages and a photo.
The tradeoff is distance, and we've built our process around removing it. You get a sample in your hands before production. You get progress photos during it. You get a single person on your account who answers in your business hours, not a ticketing system.
Gold bangles. We work in 9K, 14K, 18K, and 22K.
Most U.S. accounts buy 14K. It holds up to daily wear, it takes a durable polish, and it lands at a price American customers recognize as fine jewelry without hesitating at checkout. 22K is softer and noticeably warmer in color, and it sells best for brands serving South Asian communities, where it remains the standard for bridal sets and gifting. If you tell us who your customer is, we'll tell you honestly which karat will actually move rather than which one carries the higher invoice.
Sterling silver bangles. Solid 925 sterling, stamped for purity. Available polished, oxidized, hammered, satin, or brushed. This is our highest-volume category for American accounts because the landed cost supports a retail markup that still leaves room for discounting.
Gold vermeil and gold-plated bangles. Vermeil is built on a solid sterling silver base with gold plating applied to the thickness U.S. labeling rules require, so you can describe it as vermeil without exposure. For fashion price points we also plate over brass, and we'll be clear with you about which is which so your product descriptions match what's in the box. Getting this wrong is a common and expensive mistake for growing brands, and we'd rather flag it at the quote stage than after you've printed packaging.
Stone-set bangles. Natural gemstones, lab-created stones, cubic zirconia, kundan, and enamel meenakari work. Our setters are in-house, which is the reason stone-heavy designs don't add the delays that come with sending pieces out to a third-party setting workshop and waiting your turn in their queue.
Most of our American clients are building their own brand rather than reselling ours. That means the finished piece carries nothing of ours on it.
Your design. Send a sketch, a reference photo, a competitor's product image, or a finished CAD file. We build the 3D model, send you the render, and adjust it before any metal is cut. If you're working from a mood board rather than a drawing, we'll develop the design with you.
Your hallmark. We stamp your brand mark alongside the metal purity stamp.
Your packaging. We can source and brand boxes, pouches, and care cards to ship with the order, so what arrives at your warehouse is ready to sell rather than ready to repack.
Your design stays yours. We don't publish client names, we don't display your pieces in our catalogue, and we don't produce your design for another buyer. We'll sign an NDA before you send us anything if you'd prefer that in writing.
You brief us. Reference images, the metal you want, rough quantity, and the landed cost per piece you're aiming at. That last number is the one most buyers leave out and the one that saves the most time. If your target isn't achievable in the metal you've picked, we'll say so straight away and suggest what would get you there.
We quote. Usually within a business day, broken out by metal weight, labor, and stones, so you can see exactly where the cost sits and what to change if you need a different number.
We sample. One physical piece, couriered to you. Weigh it, wear it, photograph it, put it in front of your buyer.
You approve or revise. First round of revisions is included. Most designs need one.
We produce. Wax models are cast, pieces are filed and polished, stones are set, and every unit is inspected before it's packed.
We ship. Express courier with tracking, and complete documentation for U.S. customs.

Jewelry entering the United States is classified under its own tariff headings, and the rate depends on whether the piece is precious metal or base metal. Trade policy between the U.S. and India has moved more than once in recent years, so we confirm the current rate at the time we quote rather than publishing a figure here that may be out of date by the time you read it. Ask, and we'll work out the landed cost for your specific product and quantity before you commit to anything.
Precious metal jewelry sold in the U.S. also has to be marked correctly for purity, and if a quality mark is applied, the maker's registered trademark generally has to appear with it. We handle the stamping to that standard as part of production.
Your shipment arrives with a commercial invoice, packing list, and country of origin marking prepared properly. Paperwork errors are the single most common reason a jewelry shipment sits at the border, and they're entirely avoidable.
Every batch is checked at three points: incoming raw material, mid-production, and a final inspection before packing.
Metal purity is verified before casting and again on the finished piece. Stone security is checked by hand on every unit rather than by sampling the batch, because a single loose stone in a customer's hands costs you more than the inspection does. We check clasp and hinge function, surface finish, and dimensional consistency across the run, so the twentieth bangle matches the sample you approved.

If your first order is smaller than our usual minimum, tell us anyway. We'd rather start small with a brand that grows than turn away a first order over ten pieces.
Around 1 pieces per design. We keep it low on purpose, because most brands can't reasonably commit to a thousand units of a design that hasn't been tested in the market yet.
